Greaseproof Paper is impermeable to oil or grease and is normally used in Cooking and Wrapping, Baking and Grilling or food packaging. Normally, greaseproof paper is produced by refining the paper stock, thus creating a sheet with very low porosity. It can be used:

• For wrapping Cheese; used as a liner for storage purposes.
